One-to-One Mentoring

Teaching starts at the edits, not the field work. Once we go through what is working and not working in your images, you’ll be more informed as to what to look for while out composing.

Each time we meet, I will have reviewed your work before hand. I also record the sessions in high quality video so you can refer to the session as much as you like. Often there are many concepts and points covered during our sessions.

Why start teaching with editing?

It is my strong belief that everyone who works with me should start here.

Because we can look at what you are currently doing. I can show you why certain things are working and not working, can show you how looking for the right tonal compositions while out in the field will bring on your photography.

Editing informs your fieldwork, not the other way round.

As part of this class, there is a set of 4 x 1-hour recorded lessons to set the ground work.
