Booking

Appointments can be made 48 hours or more in advance. Full payment is required at the time of the booking. Please prepare your work and questions before the meeting begins, so you can utilise the time efficiently.

Re-scheduling

You can re-schedule your appointment 48 hours or more in advance. If you re-schedule less than 48 hours in advance your appointment may be treated as a cancellation.

Cancelling / Re-scheduling

Please use the cancel / re-schedule links at the bottom of your original booking confirmation e-mail, rather than e-mail me. I will simply redirect you back to your own e-mail confirmation to re-schedule yourself.

You are entitled to re-schedule your booking if sufficient notice is given (more than 48 hours). If you cancel less than 48-hours before our scheduled meeting, the cost of your session is non-refundable.

In the event that I have to cancel your appointment, I will offer to re-schedule, or if you wish you may obtain a full refund for your session.

Missed / late appointments

 
If you miss or are late for an appointment, the cost of the appointment is non-refundable.

Technical / On-line issues

 
The setting up and installation of software for connecting is your responsibility. Please ensure that you are set up and that your connection / software is set up correctly prior to our meeting. If the session does not happen due to lack of organising on your part, I reserve the right to treat the time wasted as part of the session.

Preparation is key.

If we are unable to connect due to GoToMeeting or internet problems, I will offer to re-schedule the meeting with you at no extra cost.

All on-line session recordings are copyright of Bruce Percy. They contain intellectual and class property. Unauthorised reproduction or broadcasting of these sessions is strictly prohibited without prior consent.

All client sessions are recorded for their educational benefit and are given to each client to review. They are not intended for duplication or publication / broadcast in any way, and unauthorised use of them is strictly prohibited.
