6-Day Photographic Adventure

With some of the most dramatic peaks in Norway, Lofoten is a group of islands made up from mountains. Situated above the arctic circle, the light and weather here are extremely dramatic.

If you're of an adventurous nature and prepared for some very unpredictable weather and some amazing light because of it, then this trip is for you.

During the six days that we are here, we will venture out of Reine towards the most southern town in Lofoten - Å. Further north we have the fantastic region of Flakstad with some great coastal scenery, but the jewel of the landscape has to be in and around Reine.

This trip is limited to 7 photographers and is a rare chance to see Lofoten during the winter months, which I think is its most beautiful time.

Informal Small Group Setting

Bruce likes to run his photography-adventures in a friendly, intimate group setting. This trip has a maximum group size of seven.

Unlike a lot of tours with up to 12 or 16 people on them, running with a smaller number allows everyone to have space in which to photograph. It also means more quality time for Bruce with each participant.

This trip is more of a tour* than Bruce's normal workshops, due to the logistics involved, but you will get a lot of hands on experience from Bruce while at the same time, immerse yourself with plenty of time out in the field on your own.

* Please note that this is not a workshop. It is a photographic tour, focussed on getting you to great locations for the best light.

Easy Grading

Most locations are close to the vehicle. But you should be able to walk for up to 10 minutes up and down slopes and over uneven and boggy ground with your tripod and backpack.

We also visit coastal areas where there are slippery and uneven rocks. You should be confident at visiting these places to get the most out of this trip.
